Execute

Identifying best-in-class fund and co-investments across private equity, private debt and real assets.

Troviq covers the full breadth of the private markets, private equity, private debt, and real assets across infrastructure and real estate, identifying best-in-class managers across a range of styles.

How we invest

Three disciplines, applied in sequence. Manager selection is the one that gets talked about; pacing is the one that decides whether the allocation ever gets there.

01

Commitment pacing

The nature of private markets fund investments, with capital calls and distributions, requires a disciplined approach to commitment pacing to hit targets. We use cash flow planning tools to help investors reach their allocation objectives rather than drift away from them.

02

Manager selection

We look for two things in a fund manager: a clearly defined “deal type” for which they have specifically relevant expertise, and a repeatable approach that can drive performance across the relevant deal types. Buy-side, always: we select managers, we do not distribute them.

03

Portfolio construction

Portfolio construction optimises the risk profile of the portfolio, whilst ensuring exposure is consistent with the desired mix of geographies, sectors and styles.
